Santana Tap Fest was such a joyful day - we hosted this free day of dance in partnership with Carlos Santana Arts Academy in LA. Students learned to tap dance (many for the first time!), created their own short films, and ended the day with a culminating performance for their families! May of the students didn't speak English, but dance transcends language. No matter what, our programs are always a space for empowerment, inspiration, and connection.

In 2024, so many vision board dreams came to life! Chloé and Maud appeared as guests on The Talk as part of their #SEEHER campaign, amplifying a key pillar of our muslin - SISTERHOOD! Sisterhood is the greatest blessing in our lives, and our bonds have helped is accomplished our dreams and beyond! We are committed yo fostering environments where our students can form these same bonds, both with is and each other, and with every opportunity er re gifted to share our story on national stages, our reach and capacity grows!
In celebration of Juneteenth, the Debbie Allen Dance Academy hosted an opening night celebration for a new exhibition - UNEARTHED: "The Emergence of the Resurgence," promoting Unity, Community, and Freedom. Special guest performances include our Foundation scholarship student, mentee, and summer intern, Kaiden Currie, who performed an incredible solo for esteemed guests!
With Sole Talk, we shot more music videos than ever before! Our dancers gain key industry knowledge with experiences on professional video sets.

Tap Into Life, our free after-school program, was in full force all over the world this school year, and in June we held culminating celebrations. Students in Los Angeles, New York, and Brazil shared all they learned with their communities!
